Tips on how to increase supply

I'm about to hit 4 months pp and noticed my supply dropping, sometimes by almost 2oz! I pump every 6-8 hrs, depending on how busy I am that day. I make just enough for baby to eat, but I've noticed some days he is more hungry, so I dip into some freezer stash (which I don't have a lot). With my first baby, my supply completely tanked after 4 months as well- but I was pumping every 3 hrs and had a huge deep freezer stash (lasted baby til 27m). This time around, I just didn't have the energy or capacity to pump around the clock. Please send any tips on how I can get my supply back up! TIA

I was advised by a lactation consultant to use Moringa supplement, which I bought from Amazon

@Gol did the supplement work?

The more you remove, the more you'll make. It's great that you've gotten this far only pumping so often, but you'll need to decrease the time between sessions to increase your supply.
