We’ve used one and it did help. Use saline drops first to clear it all and then the plug in to try and keep the airways clear x
Great, thank you both!
I find the plug in really strong so not keen on leaving on all night. Instead putting some drops of the baby olbas oil I think it is in a bowl of water over a radiator that clicks on overnight works really well too :)
Just got one and it worked wonders for my boys cough and cold overnight
Yup used this and it works great x
I love them when we have a cold! Along with saline drops and nurofen (or calpol) When I have a cold it’s not strong smelling at all so I know when I am getting better once I start to smell it haha x
If it helps we put it on for about 30/45 mins before we were gonna put little one down and then turned it off so it didn’t burn out x
They are very good but don’t last long, we got a Vicks cold mist humidifier (about £50 ) which comes with similar pads as a calpol plug in and works like a dream, we have had ours for 2.5 years now (our daughter is 3) and helps her colds clear up within a few days. I also only use one pad on the first night (maybe a 2nd pad on the 2nd night of really bad) then just use the humidifier without any pads until the cold is fully clear but works so much better than the calpol plug ins xx
@Liv thanks! I’ve had it on for an hour so will turn it off! X
We've got one and it's great, I only use it though when I feel my baby really needs it! I do always keep a stash of the refill pads though, so that I always have them if I need them
We have one and it’s great. Also if you use saline drops and then Freda nose sucker this really helps clear a little blocked nose
Yes I’ve used them. My doctor also recommended a water nasal spray which you can buy on Amazon. It’s called sterimar breathe easy baby it’s got a dolphin on the packaging.
Yeah I've used them they're good
