Sleeping 🙃

Our little girl has always been really good at sleeping however, the last month has been HORRENDOUS - to say the least! Up for hours at a time during the night, starting the day at 4am and multiple wake ups. Nothing has changed with her sleep schedules and bedtime routine. She now will fight to go to sleep and takes aprox 1/1.5 hours to eventually settle. She is crying a lot and sometimes will not let me or her Dad go near her. She sleeps for about 1.5 hours during the day at 1pm and goes to bed at 7pm after a bath and bottle. Any ideas on what we can do? This Mommy and Daddy need some sleep!!!

Sounds like perhaps she needs less sleep/ longer wake windows to build more sleep pressure. Split nights are usually caused by under tiredness. Try finishing the nap earlier or pushing bedtime later. You’ll need to do it consistently for a week+ to see any change though x

She might be needing less day sleep and longer wake windows. My 18 month old stopped napping all together now

I would deffs try to push bed time back by about an hour to make sure she's tired enough to go to bed, so later bath and milk. Maybe go for a walk for some fresh air before bed time as well if you get chance? Good luck!

Sounds like 18 month sleep regression x
