Bed time help

My lo is currently going to sleep around 10.30/11 and I just don’t know how to fix it so she sleeps earlier. I feel like every other parent has is under control and I’m really struggling

I would gradually wake 30 mins earlier and put to bed 30 mins earlier each day until you get to the time you’d like.

We don't do any naps after 5pm strictly so she's asleep by 8/8.30pm

If she is in a routine, albeit a later one than you would like, then a drastic change could affect night wakings and naps if they are otherwise fine. Does she wake late, too? If you have a routine, then I would get her up 15 mins earlier and down 15 earlier and do this again every 3 days so it isn't too disruptive.

@Sam yes so she has her 12 hours from when she falls asleep with only one wake up for a bottle which the amount is slowly reducing too so I’m happy with that. Ok thank you I’ll try that

I was there too, and not getting any downtime in the evening really took its toll on me, especially with the night wakes on top of that. I really hope it helps ❤️

I had this aswell and the health visiter recommended I have a routine which worked within the first night of doing it I was so surprised , I just put his toys away and he sits watching, then we do pjs and then bottle and I put in the night garden on before bed , falls asleep instantly now
