My story exactly. But I thought that as long as she is happy, goes to bed easily and sleeps well at night I was not going to try to change anything
Yep, it will sort itself with age..once they go down to 2 naps one of them is typically an hour at least
My first born was like this, he started getting longer stretches in around 8-9 months. I would try to extend one of his naps if I could. If after 10-15 mins of trying he wouldn’t go back to sleep then I’d end the nap and continue with our day.
What's the routine? We only really got short naps when timings weren't right.
My bub is exactly the same!
My little boy was the same, I wanted that hour and bang on 40 mins he was awake. For about a week, when he woke up at 40 mins, I’d go in and get him back to sleep and put him down again so total sleep was an hour/just over. I stayed at home for naps for a week so I was very consistent and it fixed itself within a week, he was 6 months old
Virtually everyone ive spoken to has this same issue, i think it's just how it is until they work out their sleep cycles a little more to be able to connect them 😩
