Advice needed !

So my 2023 baby is 2 soon 😟 and we’ve been trying for a few months now for no.2 and we’ve been struggling I have no idea why I dunno if it’s because I bf my baby and my hormones are imbalanced because I squeezed my breast today and I had a bit of milk come out but I’ve stopped bf for a few months. Has anyone else gone through something similar. Is there any supplements you’d recommend to help. Any tips and advice would be appreciated, it just breaks my heart watching my baby boy play on his own 😢😢😢

Try your best not to stress about it too much at this point, if you’ve only been trying for a few months. There are so many factors and it may just take a bit more time this time around. I tried for almost a year to get pregnant with my second. I always imagined my kids being a bit closer together (they will be about 3 years apart), but I’m totally happy with the timing now that we’re here.

I’d start taking prenatals and cycle tracking. You can usually only get pregnant like 3 days out of the month. I got pregnant while breastfeeding thanks to cycle tracking because I knew when to have lots of sex lol Your fertility changes through your menstrual cycle, I like using Ovia app

My story is so similar! Fell pregnant with my first straight away - literally. So expected it to be the same second time around and was getting myself so worked up when that didn’t happen 🥺 I tracked my cycle, was still breastfeeding but tried to night wean, and did ovulation tests. It hadn’t happened after three months, and we had two weddings and a holiday coming up so we decided we’d wait until after those and Christmas and then try again. It felt like we just made that decision, I stopped stressing for a bit, and all of a sudden I was pregnant! 🙈😳😂 Try not to think about it would be my advice - appreciate it’s easier said than done. Good luck ❤️

@Joanna thank you yeahhh I think it’s the stress unbalancing my hormones because I just comparing it to when I fell pregnant the first time round it happen so fast 😭😭
