Do you now have to change ALL nappies with your toddler standing up? 💩

Even the poopy ones! I’m hoping other mums of overactive toddlers can relate 🙈🐊

Yup and pin him down with two people when we can. Otherwise I’m running after him whilst he runs around and try’s to smear his dirty bum everywhere. And yes the tables with buckles don’t help - just provide the hazard of having to worry he’s going to fall. He turns over and tries to slither off the changing table 😢

Does anyone else refuse to call their baby a toddler lol… he is my tiny baby he was only born yesterday

@Alice yep, not calling my baby a toddler until she's at least 2

Don't want to make you jealous but I'll tell my little one it's time to change nappy and she comes and sits on the mat on the floor, then I lay her down and change her 🥹 Didn't used to be like that though, she used to cry and scream the place down and try to get away, but she knows when mummy says no she means business so she would soon stop trying to turn and just lay there and cry instead

Any time we put him on his changing mat he screaaaaams rolls over and then tries to pull the blind down

Haha I’m calling mine a toddler seeing as he spends all his time running around and climbing the furniture like a pro parkour performer! He’s not very baby anymore! I’m so glad it’s not just us that have to change standing up! He hasn’t been able to lay down for a change without a 2nd person for months and months. What Mummy wants is not his priority when there are toys and new heights to be explored 🫠

@Alanna that’s such a specific outlet for his emotions 😂 But I understand as our blinds are clinging on for dear life!

@Sophie mine is my second and last so i think he will just always be my baby 😭

@Alice I feel that way too because I'm still unsure about having a second 🥺
