I'm not sure what you mean by balloon... but keep in mind babies can have erections! But of course, inform your doctor, and if it happens again, take a picture so your doctor can evaluate better! I am not American, I come from Europe where circumcision is not a thing at all! I frankly don't understand why is a thing here since it's proven is not medically required and it is actual better to keep them as they are. . Anyway, don't worry too much! Keep monitoring his wet diapers and talk to his pediatrician for reassurance!

But if he’s not showing signs of discomfort I think he’s fine. Babies are good at telling us when something is wrong. So if his diaper is full of pee every few hours I don’t think he has any issues with his penis. I didn’t know babies could have erections until I talked to my sisters.
It just might have been a baby erection sometimes the tip of my son’s weenie is really pink but I always ask my husband to check him and he says it’s normal. I would let his Dr know but if he doesn’t seem in pain or discomfort then it’s probably not that serious especially if when he’s peeing if he’s not crying then he’s definitely okay
Hi! You should inform his doctor his foreskin might be tight and keep an eye if it's red, smelly or swollen.
