Not sure where you’re from but There’s a large Facebook group in Michigan called Momology that creates a thread every month to give away items to other moms in need. And look into the Buy Nothing project on Facebook. There’s pages for different counties and towns. It’s really nice.

Women’s shelters, nonprofits that help low income mothers, see if there are any mom groups in your area where you can ask if anyone is in need or about to give birth

Pumps will usually depend on whether the design is a "closed system" for official donation. Women's shelters are a good place to start. Local FB groups for free stuff, parent-specific BST, or pumping "yard sale" groups tend to.love things quickly.
