Or is it just me

Does anybody still not like there baby being away from them? I still have the feeling as though she is a tiny baby and I don’t like her staying out or going out if I am able to look after her myself. Sometimes my MIL thinks ‘I’m being funny’ but unless I am working or there is a need for her to be away from me I just don’t settle

I still feel that way. I don't mind him going to nursery while I'm at work or with family during the day while I get stuff done but until last weekend when I went away with my friends I had only been away from him for one night. Whilst I had a lovely time, I missed him so much and don't think I'll be in a hurry to leave him overnight again!

Same here, I'm due my second baby in May, and people keep offering to have my son and I'm like, no, it's more important than ever that he's with me and his daddy and he doesn't feel we're shipping him off!

Or when they say, she’ll be able to go fulltime in school when she’s 3 like nah x

Yep the same. She does go to nursery but I've only been away from her for 1 night which was in Feb. I'm missing out on a girlie trip to Barca soon which is not like me but I really value my time with her. I heard a saying "it's not my turn/time" and I kind if use that as my motto. I had my daughter at 41 so I've lived, had girly trips, nights out, amazing holidays etc with friends and now it's just not my turn and I'm absolutely fine with that 😊 I have the most amazing days out and holidays with my daughter now and they take priority for me x
