I felt like I was running low last week and I started drinking a bunch of water! Sometimes it can be dehydration. I also drank mothers milk teas, & added walnuts & oats to my protein shake because I heard they promote lactation.
Try eating some lactation cookies! That’s what helped me and I take a scoop of coconut oil daily.
