Breastfeeding
Hey ladies - my little boy just turned one last week. I’m still breastfeeding but it’s mostly to put him to sleep and occasionally during the night. He averages between 1-4 feeds a day (depends on the day but it’s mostly 2)
I’m finding the pain in my breasts really difficult I’m going between 15-20 hours sometimes no feed and just wondered if anyone had advice to make it a bit more bareable 🥲

We moved onto cows milk before bed/naps and my daughter gradually weaned by around 14 months, I was finding it painful too and didn’t want to end the experience that way!
@Shelley How did you serve it to her? My little one never took a baby bottle with breastmilk but he now loves drinking water in a cup with a straw. He’s tried cows milk a few times but only ever gave him it during the day and cold

Or buy a haakaa, it takes the milk that’s on the boob without increasing the production:)
@Amy we used a tommee tippee free flow cup or straw cup ☺️

Try expressing a little bit into the sink/ when having a shower , cup etc when you feel them being uncomfortable. Don’t pump but have express just a little to relieve the tension
