Hot shower and massage the area where the clogged ducted always helped me.

Warm epsom bath (that covers your breasts), or warm compress. I’ve also weirdly heard putting a vibrator on it can help unclog. 😅 or really anything that vibrates, even an electric toothbrush.

Sunflower Lecithin saved me!!!! & hot shower & hand expressing & hydrating as much as humanly possible! 🩷 feel better mama

I'm an oversupplier and I've had several..😓 The new recommendation is to take ibuprofen and ice it! That's what has helped me with mine, also being super consistent with my pumping schedule

I've had good luck with dangle feeding

I’ve had a few and I’ve tried a few tricks but the best thing that worked for me was putting castor oil on a washcloth then put that on the clog put a heating pad over the washcloth for 20-40 min then nurse. It works like magic. I also take ibuprofen to reduce swelling and take choline daily to prevent clogs.

Second the sunflower lecithin! Mary Ruth’s sells a good pill version. Also second warm water/cloth, and hand expressing is your friend.

Did you all find that your support decreased after this? I had my first clogged duct a little over a week ago and it lasted 24+ hours, and my supply has not returned. (I tried power pumping) i also had my period a couple of weeks before then too. Not sure if it’s a combination of both?

I didn't tank after clog ducks or my cycle coming actually on my 3rd one as we speak. When I do notice not getting my typical amount, I eat oatmeal and drink more water and it always helps my supply.

@Charu My supply seemed to taper afterward, but then went back to normal after regular bf again!
