Random nipple pain and breastfeeding

Has anyone experienced this? It feels like burning electric shocks. Sometimes it’s really bad. It lasts for a minute or two. It happens randomly after I’ve fed my baby. Have had lactation consultants review my latch and there aren’t any issues. Baby has been evaluated by ped and peds ENT (he saw ENT for something totally different and unrelated) and he doesn’t have any lip ties or tongue ties. I don’t think it’s my let down because this only started a week ago. Baby is 10 weeks old for reference.

Vasospasms?

Yea, sounds like what i have experienced. It is vasospasm. Take magnesium at night and apply that three ointment mix (let me know if you don’t know). Don’t feed directly too much (maybe just once or two times a day for short durations) - use a pump and let it heal. I am 2 months pp now - have started to feel better after feeds from last couple of days.

I agree with the magnesium it completely went away, my OB recommended and if I forget to take it it happens again so try to stay on it while you breastfeed.

Is there a certain type of magnesium or brand y’all used
