Potty recommendations

Do you have any recommendations for a comfortable but fairly basic potty? My baby is 8.5 months old. Thanks ladies! X

@Ashleigh looks great! Thank you!

These ones are great https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/lockig-childrens-potty-white-green-60193128/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=shopping_feed&utm_content=free_google_shopping_clicks_Children%27sIKEA&gStoreCode=186&gQT=1 It’s useful to be able to remove the insert and tip the contents. They’re also really comfortable (well, our toddler is comfortable on it I can’t say I’ve used it 😂) We didn’t start using it until he was 27 months though (when we potty trained).

@Liz thank you! I am not having high hopes for potty training successfully at this stage but my baby tends to pee when we make a certain noise so I know she has an association to pee with that noise. If we can reduce no. of nappies then that's a bonus but no harm in having a go! We shall see how it goes... 🤷‍♀️ X

It’s super easy to take in the pram as it folds flat and it can attach to all normal toilet You can use the disposable bags when using it on the go and use the silicon bowl for when at home, it’s also quite low down so great for smaller babies (although I would say potty training at 8 months is very optimistic 😅)

@Abbie thank you! Looks really useful for having one on the go. Haha, I know what you mean. I am not getting my hopes up but we have started the association with our baby going for a wee since she was born, so it might work... Who knows!
