Tips needed please

I need to travel to London for an appointment (2 hours each way) and to leave my then 10 week old with his daddy for the day. I exclusively breast feed and i wonder how should i go with pumping on the way? I will be taking the train and have a wearable pump but do i keep the milk? How do i store it on the way? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you x

Breast milk is fine for 6 hours out the fridge. Otherwise you could try an insulated bag with ice packs? X

Definitely insulated bag with ice packs.. transfer milk to storage bags. Or if you have enough at home then pump and dump.

Thanks both x any tips for sterilising the pump after the first use pleasee?

You don't need to sterilise after every use, hot soapy water is enough or you could use the Milton wipes probably?
