Potty training in public …. 🙃
So potty training has begun because my LG is ready… But I wasn’t 😂
So we’ve nailed it the last few days in the house, very few accidents, happy to wee or poo on toilet or potty.
So today I tried to go to our local park. Made her do a wee before we went.
Walked there, 5 mins. Played at park 5 mins… Then she did a wee on the slide steps 🛝😂😭 but honestly what do we do with toddlers when this happens? There are no toilets available, I just tried to quickly change her behind a tree basically but is that the right thing to do?!
I feel it’s going to be impossible to ever leave the house but it would confuse her if I put a nappy on again?

Yes my carry potty's are great. I've also heard not to flip flop between nappy and pants once you've committed x
I have seen the carry potty… Would that be okay to whip out in a park though? 🤦🏼♀️
Yes - definitely can use the potty in the park and in most places especially when they are at the stage of needing it quickly.
Yes definitely, I've seen them whipped out a few places. Once in a play group class which is fine but I would prob go to the toilet myself with it 😂 unless you know with your child you only have seconds before an accident! Most parents understand 😊
