Menstruation Cycle!
I’m almost 4 months postpartum and I’ve only had 1 period… Is that normal or not? I don’t breastfeed or do anything different than I did before I had a baby…. It’s almost like it disappeared! But I start to cramp and I think I’m going to start then I never do!

Without breastfeeding it can takes months before your period regulates. I think some people it could take 6-12 months postpartum. Your hormones are adjusting to the new lower level without baby.
