Cups for milk

We used to do it in his normal sippy cup. He used to have the tommee tippee weighted straw cup. I’d give it about 45 mins after his dinner so he’d have it downstairs. But I had to do this because he associated milk with sleep, so it was to teach him to sleep without needing milk x

We just use the normal tommee tippee sippy cup (and have done since he was 12 months & we switched away from the bottle). Got him a special toddler chair he sits in to have it in his room, then brush teeth and go to bed. Nowadays we often take the top off the sippy cup as he’s mostly ok just drinking from it as an open cup
