Since she’s 12 months, she doesn’t need a bottle - she can just drink water from a cup and feed from you when you’re home ☺️ Some babies do reverse cycling where they will make up for not breastfeeding in the day at the night so you may see more night wakings! Definitely speak to work about expressing time and place of you haven’t already as you might be engorged depending on how often shes feeding ☺️
Have you tried the sippy cups? They work really well!! https://www.johnlewis.com/munchkin-miracle-360-degree-sippy-trainer-cup-7oz/blue/p110229296
My 13 month has also never taken a bottle. When she’s at nursery, I breastfeed her in the morning and then in the afternoon when she comes home. During the day at nursery she just has water or cows milk in a sippy cup. X
I pump over lunch for the following day (or Friday pump is for Monday). I get anywhere between 1 and 3oz so top up to 3 with oat milk, nursery also offter oat milk if she wants more but she usually doesn't quite finish the 3oz I send. She has water in a tumtum straw cup and then milk in a b.box toddler training cup. I wanted it different enough so she'd know between them, plus she spits out alot of what she gets from the tumtum (milk included) whereas she doesn't tend to spit the milk from the b.box.
I went back to work in February and pumped the first few weeks but since my girl only occasionally drinks milk i stopped pumping and haven’t pumped for a few weeks now. I haven’t noticed any dip in my supply and she still nurses when I get back and before bed.
Mine has been going twice a week since January. I pump on the days he’s there to get enough for the next day. He’s been having two bottles per day but we’re cutting down to one from this week as he doesn’t drink two. Too busy playing and he has snacks there too. He’s also never taken a traditional bottle so they give it to him in the straw cup he has water in at home and he’s been fine with that.
