I found heat better during pregnancy

Oh I feel you! Mine are absolutely killing as well 😭 I found hot water bottles help! Cold makes it worse for me. Whenever I get chilly my nipples go rock solid and suuuuper painful like needles sticking in them so cooling pads sound horrible 😂

I liked them but using a pop can works will too if you don’t have any

@Mille you might have nipple vasospasm. I have it and that’s exactly what it feels like

I literally had to buy the Frida reusable breast pads because it’s so so bad my pain I’m going to try it out. Is it safe to use heat on breast while pregnant? Or only cold

@Melisa heat is safe as long as you stick to lower settings if you’re going to be using it on your stomach area
