I have days where baby is feeding about twice as often as normal but I know this is normal and temporary and just try to drink all the water and remember that baby is still have the same amount of wet and dirty nappies.

As long as your baby is having wet and dirty nappies (6-8) and your baby is content after feeds… your baby is having enough. You may find baby is constantly on the boob but it is completely normal! another tip… weigh your baby every 4-6 weeks and you’ll know your milk is enough… you’re doing great!

100% and tbh im trying to wean myself off peanut a bit as its getting me down. Theres mums saying they get 16oz of let down milk in collectors on here, i pump for 40 mins and get 3oz tops! 🙃 I’m sure our babies are fine but I am not making enough and topping up with formula as he’s small and my boobs are useless

Always but I have faith it is enough because she is gaining weight fine.

@Sarah when I pumped this morning I got the grand total of 1oz. But given I'd not long fed it's to be expected. V frustrating though!

@Fiona keep going, it’s disheartening but every drop is better than none. I haven’t fed in 4 hours and pumped for the first time today and made 2.5oz 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’ll help though mixed with formula in a combi bottle when he wakes xx

When I get in a routine of pumping I can normally get 3oz which is a full feed. I've just been slacking recently!

I’ve started collecting let down off the other side at every feed and get about 3oz a day(sometimes less) so I’ve started giving that to her in a bottle in the evening before a feed as my supply feels lower at that time of day so I know she’s at least had that!
