Mine was like that I was on day 3 of this and at one point had diarrhea in between contractions twice, they were 4 minutes apart, got to the hospital and was only 2 cm I ended up taping and asking for epidural
Yes!! And eating ^^
I had super painful contractions multiple nights before I went into labor. It would keep me up almost al night and I would be simply exhausted in the morning and all the following day
Also to mention, I had this going for me for about 2 weeks total
You could be leaking fluid I ache you go to lane and delivery to be checked. I was leaking fluid and didn’t even know it. Have birth March 20th. Better safe than sorry.
@Jasmine I’m due April 16. I timed them and they vary between 5-15mins
@Jade so they always say time them for an hour and see if they progress or not. But since your so close, doesn’t hurt to step into labor and delivery to get answers and peace of mind from medical professionals
@Jade go to labor and delivery to be safe especially if they’re hurting you. You could be having that baby early. PLZ GO. I almost had a dry birth. Literally barely any fluid came out.
@Alana I got checked out yesterday and they felt the baby in the sac through my cervix still. My belly doesn’t look like it’s gone down any. Would I notice a big change in my belly size once the water breaks or starts leaking?
Your belly can drop, days prior. & no you won’t notice a change in your belly into you push baby out. when your water breaks you’ll be leaking fluids sometimes may even seem like you just have to keep peeing but it’s not that you may also notice some mucus when you wipe and blood as well
I feel this pain to
yeah, that sounds super tough, I remember having those annoying contractions too, just hang in there, it can be a sign that things are getting closer! I actually checked the 'Heal Baby Care App' for this and here's what it says: "It sounds like you're going through a challenging time with these prelabor contractions. It's common for first-time mothers to experience discomfort and pain during this stage, especially at night. The leg pain could be related to the increased pressure and changes in your body as you prepare for labor. Make sure to stay hydrated and try to rest in a comfortable position. Have you noticed any patterns with the contractions, like how far apart they are or if they change with movement?
When are you due? I experienced with my November 2023 baby. At the time, I thought they were Braxton hicks. Just time them to see how long they last and how far apart they are. Make sure to be drinking water, try to stay active. Reposition.
