Nasal spray
My 3.5 month old is so congested so every time i try to put nasal spray in his nose, he keeps wriggling and moving his face away. I tried 4 times, once i grab his face he knows to move it’s impossible!! And i don’t want to end up poking him in the eye or something. Any hacks/advice on how to get him still as he really needs to take it

Lie him down between your legs, head right up in your crotch facing up to you, arms under your legs. Cruel to be kind for 10 seconds and then let them out.
