How do you know if you have had a chemical pregnancy?

Tbh, you don’t really know if you’ve tested and it’s negative. Have you bled?

I’d go to the doctors maybe and see if they can do any tests or anything. They say to go if your period is 2 weeks late!

Blood test and ultrasound

@Tiff you wouldn’t get either of these usually. Most doctors don’t actually do these most of the time.d

@Courtney Davis Mine did! Actually just an ER Dr…first I went in for pain and they saw something floating in my uterus so they did a blood and urine test and confirmed it wasn’t a viable pregnancy. Could be a US thing I dunno?

@Ash I’ve had 2 missed miscarriages then an early miscarriage in the last few months and they still won’t do anything for me :(

@Ash Makes total sense. They try to run every test they can to get more money, so I had an ultrasound, which they had to have me wait for 4hours for a tech to drive there after her other shift and they ran soooo many tests. Typical ER experience here. Total was around $4,200

@Courtney Davis Really sorry to hear that. We don’t have a safe system for women here either, don’t let it fool you. Very much depends on location and race and everything else.

@Ash they don’t have too, apparently they don’t class early ones as part of them 🤷‍♀️

@Ash I’ve had mine put on my record so I’ve got 3 in a row on there but tbh it’s 18 months for the miscarriage wait. Think we’re gonna try again and maybe if it happens again, I really hope not. Then I’ll go see if they’ll do anything. But not even the epu would see me last time!
