Tired of feeling “off”

Happy Friday Eve Mamas! I don’t know about you but after having kids back to back and breastfeeding both of them, my body just didn’t feel the same. I craved sugar and sweets and had ZERO energy. I had just determined that this must be how all mamas feel and that eventually it would pass. My littles are now 4 and 5 and I’m so glad I didn’t wait to start feeling my best. I’ve learned so much along the way about exercise, nutrition, supplements, and the huge connection our gut has on our body, mind, and energy. I don’t want any more mamas to sit back and struggle silently. Let’s connect and be the best version of ourselves together.

Hi Katie! Would love to connect with you! Currently on my postpartum journey and finding ways to take care of myself, bringing other moms alongside me! 💕

Omg !!! I’m glad I’m not the only one!!! I have a year and half old! And my goodness my craving for sweets after having him is insane! Zero energy!! Running on Alani’s most of the time to get me through my days! And I can’t get him to stop latching on, so the drainage I feel is overwhelming 😭

Sure!

Yessss!!! Postpartum journey #4 for me and trying to make it my best one yet but what a journey it is. Still have a lot to learn but big improvements from my others. Always curious to learn more and to find ways to feel and be my best self for me and my family! 💕

First postpartum journey for me and I am struggling! I actually have a PT test coming up and I won’t be able to pass. I’ve been super upset about it and going down this dark rabbit hole feeling bad for myself

Yes this!! I had my second last year and have been struggling with energy and cravings and all the things. Trying so hard to stick to my workout routine but I have slipped the last few weeks and my supplements. I’m feeling so bad lately. Please give me your knowledge
