You don't... someone once said to me our babies are designed to be needy because it forces our bodies into resting postpartum, and I altered my expectations of myself after that!
@Suzie wait I want more insight in this because it's very interesting. If a baby is needy ,you will be forced to just lay or sit while nursing,resulting to resting instead of stressing?very interesting I love it.
@Sugar yeah I guess so. Our physical needs postpartum match up to the baby's needs... resting, staying at home, bonding, feeding etc. It's societal changes that force us into overdoing it and not letting our bodies rest. x

Oh at 2 weeks all I did was feed and watch netflix. I got nothing done. It gets better!!!
Very normal. How old is baby? It settles as they get older. Baby wearing is a life saver!
