Lactose free milk

Probably a really silly question but is it okay to give a 13 month old lactose free milk? She’s weaned onto normal cows milk but I didn’t realise I don’t have enough for her morning bottle, I drink lactose free so I have some of that’s would it be ok to give her for that one bottle?

Yes ofc! Obviously your baby is over 12 months so you can switch over! XX

It will only be for the one bottle anyway just until I get some more milk I didn’t realise until after the shop shut 😅

Yes absolutely fine. If you switched entirely to lactose free you could risk them loosing their lactose tolerance really early, but a bottle or two here and there won't hurt them at all, I've had to do the same. Keep it to whole milk if you can, but even a lower percentage here or there is not the end of the world
