Girl with false menses
Anyone have baby girl with menses last 2 days or more?
Our first girl only spotted once or twice
But our 6 day old started yesterday and has had a little blood in every diaper change
It started yesterday.

when should it happen? my daughter was in nicu til she was 9 days old. maybe i missed it but i haven’t noticed anything.
@arial it's not must ! It may or may not happen... if it does it happens within 15-20 days of birth. For my girl it happened at 8-9 day from birth
