Help asap!
I’m 12 weeks PP had a pretty traumatic c section. I went to the toilet just and presumed it was my period however I have bright red blood coming out vaginally and my anus as well… has anyone had this?! I have minor cramps nothing bad at all but I’m just worried?!

I wouldn’t say either. It’s like the start of a period, so I’m filling a pad and bleeding when I wipe but from both ends
Call triage lovely, sounds like people won't be able to help on here. It's not normal to bleed bright red
Was it an emergency c section? Did u have a vaginal tear? I’d worry about the bleeding out the other end. Call the nurses line at your doctors.
I have had my c section on Sunday I am still bleeding sounds like you could have had a tear it is possible also I have had bowel surgery as well if you are filling a pad in an hour I would go to hospital
Definitely head straight to the er. You shouldn’t be bleeding bright red blood out of your anus.
