Severe nausea all day morning sickness . Second time round mums is it worse ?
I am pregnant with my second and I’ve had extreme nausea (all day and night) since 6 weeks. I have cyclizine and Prochlorperazine but they aren’t helping at all.I’m not actually physically sick but can’t function already and I have to keep this from my work for at least 6 weeks to not jeopardise a promotion.
So my question is second time round mamas is this a thing or am I unlucky. Bonus points if you can tell me whether there are any other medications I can take from the GP ( I’m going to see them Monday so not looking for medical advice or anything, just wanting some hope that I’m not stuck like this to 16 weeks again !)

I’m def feeling much worse than I did with my first.
I am 100 times worse this time round it’s really difficult and none of the tablets are working for me either or any other remedy people have advised. I just keep telling myself this is a phase and it’s hopefully only going to last another month!

Hi, I’m feeling the same since like 6 weeks, I’m not actually being sick which is better than my first pregnancy but I am just waking up, surviving the day and going back to sleep at the moment. I can’t help you what actually helps but I’m in the same boat as you x
