I should be 6+4 and have literally ZERO symptoms, should I be concerned? I have a scan on Monday to confirm viability and gestation

I just found out I'm pregnant and I've had a few symptoms but almost unnoticed by me. This is my 4th pregnancy
I would say my symptoms really kicked in at 7 weeks, I had the odd symptom when I was six weeks but they definitely surfaced at 7 weeks even then they still go on and off x
Hey! I thought I was one week ahead what actually am, my scan confirmed this with sizes etc but Ive only just started getting symptoms the past few days and I’m 7weeks today My only symptom now is nausea but its not too bad tbh and I haven’t had sore boobs for ages, maybe we’re just lucky 🍀 💕✨
I’m 6+6 and i only have extreme fatigue i can’t stop sleeping lol, constantly hungry and really sore/firm boobs and im expecting twins!

You could just be really lucky and have no symptoms, I would say as long as your not cramping really bad and bleeding then try not to worry too much x
