Could I be pregnant and not know?

So I was wondering what y’all’s thoughts are, so I have been having some weird thing not normal to me happening I thought I got a period on 3/8 because I was bleeding but it was different like I was in severe pain bleeding through tampons in an hour and a half disoriented and dizzy but after that I was fine well a week after that happened I began having pregnancy like symptoms but chalked it up to being just a weird cycle and I took a test and it was negative but now this period is late I am still having those symptoms but even stronger than before and my stomach is growing when I’m not gaining any weight I will attach a picture of that but these are the symptoms I’m having -nausea fatigue frequently peeing increased appetite cravings boobs are bigger and nipples changed insomnia and weird dreams What are yalls thought? Is this even possible
