I was given just a normal tubey bandage by the physio and it definitely does help when I wear it, it’s obviously not a miracle worker and I’m still achey but there is a noticeable difference. I haven’t tried upgrading and buying anything more supportive so can’t give any good recommendations but I’d definitely try it out x
I’ve got a babygo band and it helps as I was having a lot of pressure however baby wasn’t too fond and kept moving around but she’s getting used to it over time
Babygo is great! I didn’t use a support band during my first pregnancy, even though I had a large baby, I really should have! Carrying a 9lb 10oz baby towards the end was heavy. This time, I’ve tried a few, and Babygo is the only one I’ve found supportive enough.
@Gemma The tube band is great too! I wear it throughout the day and switch to the Babygo in the late afternoon when I start feeling more tired. I’m trying to limit how much I use it, as I feel the baby has more freedom without it.
totally agree with all reviews for babygo
I bought a babygo one recently and have been trying to start using it for the same reason. I wore it yesterday and I think it helped? I'm still on the fence about it before deciding if I like it or not. I'm hoping it helps and just takes some getting used to. I'm a primary school teacher and mostly bought it to help get through the school day, so I'm giving it until midweek before I decide.
