Labour sign or not?

So for the past few days I've definitely noticed a change, lighting crotch, loose bowels, increase in period like cramps, nausea and vomiting during the night but a weird one is a really random throbbing pain in my mid to lower back that feels like it's around my spine. A bit like when you have a really bad headache and feel the throbbing along with your heartbeat, then it's goes and that's it for hours. Never felt anything like it before but the last time was really quite painful
