I'm the same but I'm on nifedpine aswell as labetalol and the mornings are awful . My legs just feel so heavy and weak and doing school run at 32 weeks pregnant is like trying to complete a marathon. I'm just hoping my body adjusts and the side effects wear off
Omg I'm exactly the same! Thanks for sharing - I thought it was just me!
I've also got ringing in my ears... 🤷🏻♀️
Ahh we are not alone! I described it to a midwife as feeling hungover and she said “well were you hungover”? Obviously not 🙈 she suggested staying hydrated but it doesn’t help too much in the mornings when it initially kicks in
I was part of a hospital research study ‘baby panda’ where they had me wear a BP monitor for a day. I got a copy of the results which had some very low readings. which led to me having my Labetalol reduce when I next saw the doctor. I was also feeling rubbish before this.
Make sure you eat something with it at least while your body gets used to it. I found it a bit rough at first but I dont notice anything anymore and am taking it every 6 hours
I've been of labetalol and there is nothing LOL about it. It stopped working so went on nifedipine which left me unable to sleep well and plus had to have blood thinners afterwards. Had to inject myself everynight for 6 weeks to save my own life. I got PND after that. Worst 3 months of my life
Following as I feel the same :(
