Yes, i just get up and do something productive now instead of trying to fall back asleep for 3 hours with no luck
Oh yeah girl but it was more in my first trimester. It’s gotten a little better now in weeks 13/14. I’ve found I’ve been a lot more anxious in general since being pregnant and that affects my sleep. I just flip around for however long until I get comfortable and can fall back asleep.
Same here! So irritating.. and the frequent restroom trips don’t help with that 🤦♀️
Treat yourself to the pregnancy pillow. It was a game changer for me 💞
