Is it true that having the third baby by C-S too, it is more dangerous or is it just not true ?

People have more than 3 babies by c section. As with all surgery (and childbirth in general) the risks are there, and they have to inform you of them but I wouldn’t say it’s ’super risky’
I've had 4 without any complications.
I’ve had 5 c sections in 9 years. If I want a 6th I have to see a specialist about “the risks”.
My consultant told me a few weeks back that after 2 csections they actually recommend another csection for the 3rd x
This will depend on many more factors than simply how many sections you have had. Its reasonable to accept that risks start to increase with every major operation you have.
