@Hannah that’s good to hear. Did you put her in a travel cot? My baby sleeps really well at home so it makes me nervous 😅
Two holidays abroad (Spain 8 weeks and Egypt 8 months) and a UK staycation at the coast. Babies adapt so well! To the temp, clock changes, environment. Just go with the flow if there’s an extra nap or meal times are all over and enjoy. However good luck packing for a baby! They come with more stuff than anyone else 😂 x
We took ours away for a few days when she was 6 months old, and she actually slept better there than she had been at home! We put it down to being out with her all day every day, so naps were generally limited to 30 minute car or pram naps, and she was being constantly stimulated with new things. It could easily go either way, though!
@Catherine Yes we always take her travel cot and sheets from home. She sleeps really well in it ☺️
We've been abroad and on a few UK holidays, we always use a travel cot and she sleeps just as well, if not better, whenever we're away.
What travel cots do you guys use? I have one but I’m not sure if I want to get a different one
We’re away at the moment (arrived today) but we have done a UK holiday and spent nights at my parents When we done UK holiday she wasn’t sleeping well but slept loads better away 🙄
Really recommend the baby elegance air 2 cot! It folds slightly bigger than a cabin suitcase but it’s only 6kg. We manage to put it inside one our of suitcases most of the time
Going in 2 weeks to India and dubai so nervous about flying with little one so following for tips 😬
We’ve been on 4 abroad holidays and 2 UK holidays so far. My LG always sleeps really well on holiday! The days are always so busy and there is so much going on for them I find it really tires her out!
