I’m sadly in the same boat! It’s been awful, my joints especially hands, knees and ankles hurt so bad. I find it hard to even go up and down the stairs. I have tried doing some stretching exercises and in addition to continuing my prenatal vitamins, i have bought specifically calcium ones and those have helped. Also with time i think it gets better
This is me also at 8 weeks pp. I’ve liaised with physio to get exercises but it is a case of time to wait for the hormones to re balance but I have also started taking collagen so hoping that helps in time.
Thanks all .. good to know it is ‘normal’ hopefully it settles down for us all soon. I think I’ll look into supplements as well to help
Hey! I am experiencing the same! I thought it might have been from the awkward positions i find myself sleeping/feeding, or the carpal tunnel syndrome i have had from the 7th month of pregnancy. But interestingly to find out others go through the same thing. Might be hormones i guess, everything you have these days it’s linked one way or another to hormones..or so they will say.
