Silent reflux and Sleep
Hey mums, how are you all getting your babies to sleep in the crib with silent reflux? I have a 6 week old and she has always slept on my chest because she hates to sleep on her back. We’re finally getting there with playing awake on her back but I need some sleep! She even hates being cradled, she is literally always upright on her front for comfort/sleep. Losing my mind!😫

Tilt your cot xxx
If it doesn’t tilt put blankets on one end so it’s tilted x
My son had omeprazole in the end and it was a lifesaver x
@Leah tilting cots are not recommended at all. And certainly not for reflux. In fact, the NHS specifically says not to do this

Have you spoken to the GP? They can prescribe baby Gaviscon or Omeprazole for reflux which should help and make your little one less uncomfortable.
