Never had an issue. Have they told you why they’re not accepting the claim? It should just go in with your normal payment.
They say oh yes that’s our issue all fixed now it’ll go in on the next payment and then it doesn’t
@Millie if you go into the payments section on your portal you’ll be able to see what’s going to be paid each month so you can spot if somethings missing and get it sorted. Have you looked to see if the payment is coming in another day?
@Lucy there is nothing on there saying about childcare costs
@Millie but you’ve uploaded all your proof of payment etc? If so I’d call them and make them explain why they’ve not paid it and tell you when they will as usually if there’s an issue they put something in your journal to let you know or if they need more info it goes in your to do list.
