Pelvic popping

Has anyone else had bad pelvic popping/ grinding after giving birth? I’m 4 months PP and it’s just gotten worse and now I’m having hip pains also.

Stretch! Posture is a huge part in healing.. also do ab exercises! Will help greatly. Speaking from experience.

second that ! your body is stiff . stretch into it . it’ll get better . my joints just started getting quieter lol hips still a little stiff but working progress ! you got this mamas 🫶🏾 come over , we can try to do some yoga together 🤩

Yes!! My hip pops constantly since birth. It’s the same side that I was having hip and back pain my whole pregnancy. I’ve been trying to stretch more

I snapped my hip 4 months pp the ligament snapped over my joint ligaments are A lot softer after pregnancy apparently so a lot of pelvic and hip pain well that’s what I was told after it happened worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life still 2 months later and can’t move my leg properly so I’m going to say stretch a lot
