What age did your baby start sleeping through the night?

My baby is 9 months and still not sleeping through. He goes to bed at 7pm and wakes up around 11/12 for more bottle then wakes up again about 4.30/5 for another feed then tends to sleep until anytime between 7am and 8am. Any advice on how to get him to sleep through? He has about 3 meals a day sometimes 2 so he has a bottle when he wakes up before breakfast, one mid afternoon after lunch right before his nap then one right before bed. Then he has 2 in the night.

My baby dropped the 1am feed at 18m so that’s 9pm-4/5am then he’ll have a feed and we go back to sleep until 8/9 and start our day get ready for his Baby Bounce/storytime. But he woke at 4-5am for years good thing is though he’ll latch and go back to sleep we never started our day at that time. So 18m for us

Waking twice a night is amazing for 9 months! It’s totally normal.

15 months x

The day we started co sleeping so 8 months almost 9

My daughter who is 3 in June still has me waiting 🤣😅

17 months and we wake every hour sometimes - on average every 2. Your babies sleep is very good for their age! Waking at night is biologically normal for years to come unfortunately x

9 days away from 15 months and we're still waking through the night. 2 to 3 times

if we're counting 6 hr stretches as sleeping through the night, my son started at 3.5 months! before then, he wouldn't sleep unless someone was holding him, or he'd be up every 1.5-2 hrs... 🫣

6m. 🤞🏼

It was around 7/8 months for my LG. We introduced a dream feed at 10pm to stop the midnight wake up (we kept this up probably longer than she needed until she was about 11momths) She would then wake around 3. We would give her a chance to go back to sleep without feeding when she woke up. Are you feeding as soon as they wake up or do you try to soothe in another way? You may find that wake up is just a habit rather than needing food if you feel they're eating well in the day. Also found that the 3am wake didn't stop straight away, it stretched to 4, 5am then she slept 7-7 and has done ever since x

6 mths (7-7!!!) and he’s now 2.5yrs. Appreciate I’m very lucky and probably in the minority!! Due number 2 shortly and assume we won’t repeat this luck 😂

My baby is 16 months and still doesn’t lol. He still wakes up to nurse but we cosleep so it’s not that bad

Thats normal. Mine was 2 years old before she slept thru the night consistently! It feels lonely but you’re not alone!

My oldest didn't sleep through until 3yo. My youngest started sleeping through at 2 months. Make sure they are eating enough, after a year old make sure they get enough protein in the evenings. Other than that it's just luck. Sleep doesn't regulate until about 4-5 years old

Twice is pretty good!

Mine started at 3 months old to sleep all through the night and most the time that's been 12 hour stretches but only waking up twice is good

3 months🤞 very lucky

My daughter was well over 3 years old, it’s very normal for toddlers not to sleep through.

16 months. I was breastfeeding rather than bottle and eventually we sent my partner in to settle her without milk one wake-up at a time. After 2 nights of this she dropped the wake up. We didn’t gradually, going from 3 wakes, to 2, to 1 to none. But she was much older.

From personal experience my baby starting sleeping through from 9-9 1/2 months as we were co sleeping until then but we put her in her own room and own cot and she sleeps through. The only time she wakes in the night is if she's ill/regression/Teething. My baby is 11 months now and she's doing amazingly well being in her own bed/room. They also say to make sure your baby os awake 2 hrs then has a nap then awake 3 hrs then has a nap then awake for 4 hrs then bed. However hv say that they more than likely will still wake through the night until atleast 1 years old

Mine is 2 in June and still wakes up a few times x

Both my kids slept through at 2 weeks old, but my youngest has started teething badly and has diarrhoea so she’s waking up up to 3 times a night😩Waking up twice is good for a 9 month old🙈x

My baby is 22 months and still doesn’t sleep through the night, no advice I’ve tried everything…

My daughter is 13 months. Does not sleep through 😂 she did that as a six week old until four months then only once in a blue moon now. Also have an eight year old that does not sleep through haha

Very normal. I didnt sleep through until about 3, my nephew doesn’t still at 2.5.

7 months...he's now 9 months and sleeps 7/7:30-6/6:30 ... Has the occasional night feed but not often

Firstborn 18 months, second at 2 years

We ended up doing an adjusted ferber method as my son was feeding an Oz after each sleep cycle. After one night.. he slept 7-7 👌🏻 7months we did this.

9 months 🙏🏼

16 months and still not sleeping through🥲 we used to be one 1 wake up but now it’s 2-3 wake ups and up for the day at 6am! Have tried everythinggggg

Mo 10

19mo and still not. It’s normal for them to not sleep though until they’re 4!

7 weeks old she has slept through from, but if she's ill etc she's up and comes in bed with us, I think it just depends on the child, as you have to deal with illness, teething, regression, 2 times waking up for milk is good though.
