How to increase Milk supply?!

Baby is 2 months but since the beginning he has screamed in frustration at my boob which then prompts me to give him bottle. He typically breastfeeds for 30-40 minutes. I don't pump anymore as I'm honestly not feeling it and can't keep up with washing, drying and sterilizing that throughout the day. When I do pump 15-30 ml comes out. He is a growing boy and I do breastfeed him at least 5 times a day.My understanding is breastmilk works on a supply and demand basis. But with me this just isn't the case,I thought the more I breastfeed the more milk I produce? Doctors are no help and apparently domperidone can have a side affect on the baby.

Hydration is the biggest thing, drinking up to 3-4 litres a day. Lactation cookies, can find recipes online or buy pre-made ones. Wearing a haaka or pumping on opposite side your feeding to encourage your body to produce more. Lactation smoothies with brewers yeast and ground flaxseed. And a high protein diet. You can also buy supplements online but a lot have fenugreek which can cause baby’s stomach upset.

Body armor drinks work wonders for me Also fenugreek seeds, boil or microwave in water for a fenugreek tea UPS milk production
