I can’t remember what it’s called but if you talk to your OB they’ll prescribe something and it works wonders, I don’t like taking med though so I didn’t take it all but once when I had an episode in the office 😭 Or ginger drinks also do wonders as well, my go-to’s were ginger beer (it’s not alcohol/ic) and ginger ale, which also substitute sodas for me. I also had severe morning and motion sickness until my second trimester unfortunately. Dizziness as well, but outside of laying down or if you also get heat flashes, splashing yourself with cold water and drinking a bunch of cold water and staying hydrated is what I’ve done to counter that.
I found out chewing gum really helps me. I often find myself feeling nauseous after a meal, so i chew gum after and it calms it down for me
Ginger tea and anything w ginger. The Chinese have been using ginger for nausea for centuries. Ginger lollies
Coconut water in the morning , crisps the moment you feel nauseous.
I was this way with my last child nothing helped so I took a medicine for jet lag and stuff it seemed to really help
For me snacking on salty crackers and ginger candies helped a lot with the nauseas, also peppermint essential oil for the dizziness, I used to keep Cotton balls with it in a ziplock bag in my purse to smell it while I was at work and feeling sick.
I was that nauseous to the point where I couldn't brush my teeth. A herbal mint free toothpaste is a great start. I wouldn't worry too much about nutrition as long as it's safe to eat, eat anything that won't make you sick. Smelling something first would give me a clue to spew or not spew 😂
Peppermints and peppermint essential oil Ginger chews, ginger anything really Alcohol wipes, if you smell them it’ll help
I think chewing gums could help
Nuts help so much!
Unfortunately while there are a few things to try, it might not get rid of it completely. Try: Pregnancy pops Sea bands Make sure you have a little food in you’re stomach throughout the day Drink plenty of water If that doesn’t help enough I’d reach out to your dr for a rx. Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as you so good luck!
