Stuffy nose help!

My baby has a stuffy nose but no boogers? I’ve used saline solution I’ve used the Frida to get them out and an electric suction nose device. Only a little bit of watery mucus comes out but she’s been breathing from her nose for the past couple days pretty stuffy not sure what to do. All advice is welcome and appreciated

Humidifier

I second humidifier but it can also be a sign of silent reflux! My son sounded super congested all the time before we got his silent reflux under control.

Following. Going through the same thing with my little one. @MK how were you able to get it under control?

Same issue and humidifier and Hylands Baby Cold Relief daytime and nighttime work great.

Try to keep their head elevated at night when they have a stuffy nose while sleeping, at least until they can breathe well.

@Christine we cut out dairy and got a prescription for famotidine (pepcid). The dairy helped a bit but he was still having pretty significant symptoms so we tried pepcid and it made a world of difference! We still have a humidifier and we still suction his nose now and then (we have & love the Dr. Nozebot- it's the closest you can get to hospital grade suction at home). But really eliminating dairy, pace feeding, keeping upright for 60 minutes after each feed and pepcid have been the best regimen for us!
