Medical tape is useful to keep it in place it also depends on which SNS you’re using

I’ve not got one yet, need to order one but don’t know where to start

Latch is good but he’s become lazy so we’ve been recommended to try this instead of the bottle top ups we’ve been doing (needed due to slow weight gain)
