Yes definitely, currently 29 wks and I do not look forward to bedtime. My bf puts icy hot on and massages my sides to help ease the pain some. We only have 2 positions to sleep on and it’s definitely starting to become a problem. Someone did say try making like a thrown pillow/blanket area and sleep a little upright as that could help get off your sides for a bit or maybe for naps.
A have something simliar to a pregnancy pillow its like a cushion support which kinda helped a have looked into a pregnancy pillow though x
Omg I saw an inflatable pregnant pillow the other day on IG and it has a hole in the middle allowing her to sleep on her belly not that I’m gonna get preg again but I thought to myself I WISH I had that when I was pregnant lol. If I see it again or if I cans find it I’ll link it. As for sitting, do light stretches.
Yes. I find that having a pregnancy pillow really helps, because it helps support the growing bump.
