I’d recommend going a long walk / walking up the stairs / bouncing on a ball etc to get things moving!
Sounds like it’s the start of early labour but this stage can go on for a looooong time!
Your in early labour, go on a walk and stairs really helped me, bounce on your ball. One of my waters leaked over 3 days and they didn't believe me until the did a scan and could only find my back waters. I was admitted because of an infection me and my boy had. I walked everywhere around the hospital, bounced on my ball, walked to the shop, up the stairs. I got checked and was 2cm and we went straight for a walk, around 2/3 hours after i was having contactions in the lift, i went back to the ward i was on, sat on the bed with my legs crossed and my back waters went around 11am, i waited for a midwife until 2 and baby was born at 5:50am xxx
I was 2 cm dilated for over 4 weeks. It’s absolutely normal. Unfortunately nothing in the situation can predict if you’ll go into labour soon or not. It can happen soon, or not.
